Job Purpose

Dawn Farms is currently seeking a Customer Interface Coordinator to join our Customer Interface Department to be based in our head offices in Naas, Co. Kildare. The Customer Interface Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring effective communication and interaction between a company and its customers. This requires interacting directly with customers, processing orders and ensuring delivery is on time and in full. The role ensures that all the various stakeholders throughout the business are aligned and managed to meet the customers order to their satisfaction.

Positions: Full-Time, Permenant.

Location: Naas, Co. Kildare, Ireland.

Salary: DOE

Working Hours: 39 hours per week, Mon. - Fri. 8am - 5pm (some flexibility required)

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Providing customer support
  • Stock management – planning, monitoring & maintaining agreed stock levels.
  • Communicating product launches, delists and promotions to relevant stakeholders and departments.
  • Stock allocation and releasing.
  • Logistics – booking transport.
  • Daily Health Cert submissions on Traces NT
  • Generating Customs Clearance Documents
  • Engaging and managing the customer’s needs and expectations daily
  • Coordination and support for Lean and continuous improvement projects and initiatives.
  • Engaging and communicating with the relevant account managers and team members.

Knowledge & Experience

  • Excellent skills in excel.
  • Knowledge of Business Central (ERP software) an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Customer clearance and certification, with a qualification in International Trade Compliance an advantage.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similiar role/environment.
