NVD are currently looking for a professional Customer Operations Coordinator to join our fast-paced Customer Service Department. The Customer Operations Department is responsible for managing all vehicle related activity as it moves through the NVD supply chain as efficiently + effectively as possible.

Summary of Position: NVD are currently looking for a professional Customer Operations Coordinator to join our fast-paced Customer Service Department. The Customer Operations Department is responsible for managing all vehicle related activity as it moves through the NVD supply chain as efficiently + effectively as possible. The role of the Administrator will provide a first-class administration support service to the Customer Operations Department at our site in New Ross, Co. Wexford. This is a full-time position.

Duties and Responsibilities Include: • Providing full administrative support to the Customer Operations Department • Supporting various projects within the department • Understanding and complying with customers’ policies, practices, and procedures • Dealing with customer queries in an efficient and professional manner • Generating daily, weekly, and monthly reports • Reporting customer issues immediately to appropriate personnel • Effective complaint handling • Developing a thorough understanding of Customer Operations policies and procedures • Helping to facilitate a Continuous Improvement Environment • Maintaining office storage and filing system • Supporting senior management with a variety of duties • Other ad hoc duties as needed. • Remote working may be required. • Generating reports as required.

Person Specification: • Systems driven and a self-disciplined, rigorous approach in sticking to procedure/process. • A professional manner and ability to gain respect from all levels of the organisation. • Attention to detail. • Results oriented. • Ability to meet multiple deadlines and work effectively under pressure. • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and driven. • Excellent administrative, planning, and organisational skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Comfortable working in a dynamic and quick changing environment. • Ability to liaise and be assertive with work colleagues. • Mobile & flexible. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Experience, Knowledge and Skills Required: • At least 3 years administration experience • Competent in the use of MS Excel and Word • Previous experience in a Logistics Planning/Administrative role is desirable • Knowledge of the Automotive Industry • Full clean driving licence – Class B

Experience, Knowledge and Skills Preferred: • Administration experience working with a large fleet of vehicles. • Self-motivated and a fast learner who enjoys a varied role. • Ability to communicate effectively. • Ability to develop and build relationships across all levels of management. • Strong attention to detail, organisational and time management skills • Capable of working to deadlines. • Ability to identify and effectively solve problems. • Proactive in approach to work. • Ability to learn new tasks and skills quickly. • Flexible, friendly, helpful nature. • Resilient. • Team Player
