IKEA Dublin are looking to welcome a Customer Resolution Co-worker

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service and ensuring quality in every task? At IKEA Dublin we are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team. Your role will involve ensuring quality deliveries by handling stock with care to guarantee prompt and accurate deliveries to our diverse clientele and various store branches. You will also visit customers' homes to resolve complaints, deliver, or replace missing stock, ensuring customer satisfaction, and comply with all health, safety, and security requirements to engaging confidently and diplomatically with customers, co-workers, and service partners.

WHAT WE OFFER

• Salary €15.25 per hour

• 24 hours working 5 days per week including alternative weekends. Working hours are between 9am to 8pm

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

• You are skilled at forward planning, can handle several tasks at once with ease, and take pleasure in being a team member as well as fulfilling responsibilities on your own.

• Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.

• You are computer literate and able to work with technology.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

• Focused on prompt and careful handling of stock to ensure quality deliveries to our diverse clientele and various store branches, following prescribed workflow and routines.

. Comply with all IKEA health, safety and security rules and requirements.

• Communicate professionally to all IKEA customers, co-workers and service partners in a confident and friendly manner handling complaints and claims efficiently and with diplomacy.

• This is a manual handling role where you are required to move products in a safe manner.
