Job Purpose:
To provide a first class customer experience over the phone, first time resolution to enquiries and complaints. Build loyalty and relations to customers on the phone. The successful candidate will be able to adapt to business needs and ensure all reports and customer queries are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner.
Role Responsibilities:
· Handle inbound calls from customers with care and interest
· Complaint handling and follow up
· Relationship management – build up trust and loyalty within portfolio of customers.
· Administrative account management (order registration, reports, pricelists, invoicing, terminations),
· Responsible for customer care + retention to defined customers
· Responsible for portfolio growth for defined customers
· Support to Customer Service team with admin and action tasks
Responsible for add on sales
Knowledge, Skills ,Experience and Qualifications:
· Good interpersonal and communication skills on phone
· Customer minded problem solver – proactive.
· Strong Microsoft Office skills
· Good business understanding and commercial skills
· Planning and organisation skills
· Team player
