Customer Service Administrator
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent Customer Service to all Enva Customers
- Understand customer needs, queries and requirements and acting on them
- Support the first point of contact CSA with orders and queries coming into the Customerserviceportlaoise@enva.com email account; forwarding queries on to relevant department if not relevant; liaising with Customer Service Supervisor when necessary
- Enter and update the requested calls accurately on the system for dispatch
- Take ownership of issues and concerns of customers – including operational issues, pricing, reporting etc
- Build a knowledge of ADR and waste solutions for our customers
- Route any opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure, if opportunity cannot be closed by Customer Service Team
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions on CRM
- Ability to prioritise and multitask with excellent time management skills; the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary
These duties are not limited to the above and can be amended to suit the changing needs of our Customer Service Team and our business
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise- 2-3 years proven customer service experience
- Prior experience in the Waste Industry is beneficial but not required
- Computer literate with working knowledge of MS Word, Excel & Outlook
- Excellent telephone manner & communication skills
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of performing to a high level with drive and a desire to deliver excellent customer service
- Place orders and respond to queries in a timely and friendly manner
- Motivated and ambitious and capable of working on own initiative
- Be flexible and adaptable in the work environment
