Role Profile

This role will report to the Customer Service Supervisor and will involve working closely with the Commercial, Logistics, Quality and Planning Teams. The position will play a key contributing role in ensuring that excellent customer relationships are built and maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Contract entry and execution from commercial agreement to delivery.
• Manage contract status and provide contract reports.
• Monitor and track customer orders.
• Act as the main interface with customers regarding orders and proactively handle customer queries.
• Liaise with the Planning Department regarding product availability.
• Liaise with the Logistics Department regarding product dispatches.
• Manage complaints and customer service requests.
• Monitor and resolve credit issues.
• Manage the relevant documentation processes, furnishing customers with all relevant documentation in a timely and efficient manner - COA, Invoice, POD.
• Coordinate special requirements - e.g. labelling etc.
• Track all deliveries and confirm delivery dates.

Key Requirements

• Relevant third level qualification
• Fluency in a second language would be an advantage.
• Experience in the use of SAP would be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to work on own initiative.
• Good communicator, decision maker, team player.
