Customer Service Administrator

KC Sports are looking to fill the key role of Customer Service Administrator at their facility in Mullingar.

The role is open to both full time and part time applicants and there can be some flexibility around working hours.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Providing and maintaining excellent customer service on-site and and to our online customers. Being the first point of contact with all new prospective clients.

2. Manage the Sales Representatives and liaise with them on a daily / weekly basis regarding their leads. Providing support to them regarding their leads and the achievement of their sales targets.

3. Ensuring a high level of customer support and satisfaction for all customers. Developing a rapport with customers, demonstrating a friendly and helpful manner.

4. Open and maintain customer accounts, updating customer details on the IT system. Taking ownership of the customer order as the first point of contact. Inputting, processing and tracking customer orders on the IT system.

5. Providing costings to customers and responding to customer queries regarding these. Issuing invoices and taking payments for customer orders. Following up on any outstanding payments on a monthly basis.

6. Liaising with the relevant courier or delivery companies to ensure prompt delivery of orders to all customers.

7. Following up on a weekly basis any debtors which may arise.

8. Dealing with all customer queries and managing customer complaints in a speedy manner. Providing appropriate solutions or alternatives to resolve issues. Identifying the cause of any customer complaints and revising processes to ensure the problem is not repeated.

9. Maintain financial accounts relating to sales, providing monthly reports to Managing Director regarding these.

10. Manage on site visitors to the Company, ensure correct security and safety procedures are complied with.

11. Ensure customer service targets set by the Managing Director are met.

12. Presenting for work dressed in a professional manner.

13. Maintain a high standard of work performance, attendance, appearance and punctuality at all times.

14. Ensure good working relationships are maintained with colleagues at all times.

Role Requirements

Good computer skills

Dealing with customers

Attention to detail and an appetite for responsibility.

Excellent written and spoken English

Bookkeeping experience would be helpful

An interest in sports or sports fashion 

Previous experience in a similar administrative role is an advantage
