Customer Service Advisors

Role: Customer Service Advisor, Dublin Central (23 month contract)

Locations including: Grafton St, O’Connell St, Dame St, Capel St, Westmoreland St, Baggot St, Donnybrook, Ranelagh.

  • Can show us that you always put the customer first as they walk into the branches
  • Answers customer questions, knows what they need and how to solve it for them
  • Spots opportunities for the customer and for us
  • Can bring customers a new experience in banking and bring new business to AIB
  • Give customers a personal experience, the type they may recommend to others
  • Gets on well with customers and colleagues

You will need to show us that you can:

  • Be visible and first point of engagement on the branch floor
  • Help customers to have a great experience
  • Be interested in technology and be able to use desktop, mobile and tablet platforms
  • Show us that you’ve had recent experience in a customer service role
  • Have at least 360 points in the Leaving Certificate to include a pass in English and Maths at either Ordinary or Honours Level (or equivalent) or a 2.2 Honours degree (Level 8)
  • Complete and pass MCC accreditation (APA Loans) within your first six months in the role
