You must be comfortable presenting products & services over the phone and have proficient IT & administration skills.

This position is based in Dundalk.

About you:

• You have a desire to become APA / QFA qualified
• You are an enthusiastic, self-motivated and proactive individual
• You are an excellent communicator and have the ability to build rapport and be highly engaging with customers
• You have the ability to understand your customers’ needs and requirements
• You are tenacious and passionate about working on the front line of the business
• You thrive on collaborative team environment; you have a positive attitude and the ability to contribute to team goals and share information
• You have a proven ability to prioritise, multi-task and manage own workload according to changing priorities
• Contact centre experience would be an advantage

We offer:

• Entry level salary is €25,000, increasing to €29,000 once APA qualified
• Performance-related bonus of €3,000 annually
• Monday - Friday 9 am – 5:30 pm
