In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering market-leading customer service to our GB & Ireland customer base, working closely with internal teams to ensure a consistent, customer-centric experience across all touchpoints. What you’ll be doingProcessing customer orders end-to-end, managing expectations around delivery lead times and availabilityProviding flexible support to the wider GB & Ireland team, including frequent support in the warehouse, audit preparation and ad hoc projects. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records across ERP systems and shared online foldersBuilding and maintaining strong working relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholdersSupporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office, including invoicing, updating price lists, and resolving customer queriesClearing down purchase orders and supporting monthly supplier payment processesInvoicing customers daily and processing credits in line with agreed finance proceduresSupporting customs and supply chain activities, ensuring compliance with customs regulations for the movement of goods between the UK, Ireland and EU markets.
