Customer Service Coordinator

**This is a 6 month FTC**
**This role will require you to attend work in our Greenogue Business Park premises on occasions**

About the role
As a Customer Service Representative in a logistics operations environment, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient communication between customers and internal teams. Your primary focus will be to deliver excellent customer support, resolve queries in a timely manner, and maintain strong working relationships with both clients and operational staff. By monitoring service trends and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, you help uphold service standards and enhance overall customer satisfaction. This role is a Fixed-Term Contract for 6 Months.
You will be responsible for
- Responding promptly and professionally to customer queries via phone, email, or internal systems, ensuring a high level of service.
- Collaborating closely with warehouse, transport, and planning teams to resolve service issues and coordinate logistics solutions.
- Monitoring customer booking patterns and highlight any irregularities, delays, or capacity concerns to the appropriate teams.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions in the CRM or tracking systems.
- Generating and analyse reports on customer activity and service trends to support continuous improvement and operational planning.
About you
- You’ll bring previous experience in an IRL logistics environment, ideally within a fast-paced and high-volume setting. You're someone who thrives in a busy, lively atmosphere — loud, energetic, and full of collaboration.
- You’re confident in speaking up, sharing your views, and contributing ideas to improve the way things are done.
- A proactive communicator with a customer-first mindset, you’re comfortable juggling multiple tasks and enjoy working as part of a dynamic team where no two days are the same.
