MissionTo provide high-quality administrative and data entry support to the Customer Service team, ensuring accurate information flow between the production floor and our customers.
Key Responsibilities (Focus on Data & Admin)Data Entry & Management: Inputting and updating customer purchase orders and forecast information into the system.
Shipping Documentation: Preparing daily shipping paperwork, including morning picklists and ensuring correct carrier stamping.
Logistics Coordination: Providing delivery note references for Ex Works collections in advance.
Record Keeping: Ensuring all customer delivery notes are organized and filed correctly.
Demand Review Support: Assisting in the daily review of customer demand by product and updating records based on production meeting outcomes.
NPI Support: Assisting Project Teams and Production Planning to ensure new product information is integrated into the system.
Education: Currently pursuing a Third Level qualification in a Business, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
Skills: Strong interest in Supply Chain Knowledge and manufacturing environments.
Systems: SAP knowledge is not required but would be a significant advantage for data entry tasks.
Looking for a student placement and able to work 39h/week.
