Customer Service Representative
What is the role?
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our housing agency as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while also ensuring that all content on our platform adheres to our guidelines and policies.
The successful candidate will be a team player. They should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and who is a solutions-based individual.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Background in customer service, preferably in the real estate or housing industry.
- The ability to provide exceptional customer service, resolve customer issues effectively, and navigate challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.
- Capability of working independently as well as collaboratively with colleagues
- Strong computer skills to navigate multiple systems simultaneously while working in a fast-paced environment
- Passion towards providing excellent customer service, maintaining the integrity of our platform, and contributing to the success of our housing agency
- Solution-based mindset with interest in maintenance projects.

Minimum Requirements
- Professional level of English
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Preferred requirements
- Relevant qualifications
- Inbound call experience preferable
- Ideally 1-2 years of customer service/content moderation/facilities experience
