About Your New Job:
- You will act as the first point of contact between the company and their clients.
- You will be assisting customers with technical queries and providing them with information on their investments.
- The job is 90% phone-based so being able to work effectively in this environment is crucial.
- Completing administration tasks after calls on behalf of the customer.
- Promoting the organisations brand to drive future success.
