Customer Services Administrator

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Dealing with internal & external customer enquiries/requests
- Ensure that customer queries and issues are resolved promptly and thoroughly
- Accepting and entering customer orders
- Scheduling orders for delivery/collection
- Generating delivery/collection dockets and manifests
- Liaising with drivers to ensure efficient & timely delivery of product to customers
- Completing deliveries & collections on system
- Collecting and matching proof of delivery to completed tasks
- Monitoring and issuing of stock to backorders
- Assigning calls to repair technicians
- Monitoring status of repair calls and chasing outstanding calls with technicians
- Logging and managing PPM schedule for HSE equipment
- Handle customer issues/complaints - logging, distribution, follow up and reporting of issues
- Logging, preparation and issuing quotations to HSE
- Complete all documentation accurately and ensure tasks are in compliance with appropriate procedures, SOPs and EHS regulatory requirements.
Qualifications and Experience:
The successful candidate will ideally have:
- Two years previous experience in a similar role, ideally in a Service environment.
- Experience in a busy warehouse environment would be ideal.
- Working knowledge of SAP
- I.T. literate

- Articulate, courteous with a friendly telephone manner
- Ability to work well under pressure while adhering to strict deadlines
Other information:
- Occasional requirements to work beyond normal working hours and to travel to other Fannin sites will be expected.
- You will be expected to attend internal & external training courses
