About the role
An exciting opportunity has now arisen within the Dungannon & Cookstown Agency. As Customer Services Adviser you will support our thriving team in coordinating and distributing insurance renewal documents for new and existing customers. You will also perform general administrative tasks around the office such as printing, scanning, data entry, taking calls. Process all customer instructions for policy amendments. Identify and initiate cross-selling opportunities and activities to new and existing customers. Obtain customer appointments for our Financial Advisor and acquire and maintain knowledge of NFU Mutual General Insurance products, as applicable to product licences.
About youWe are looking for an ambitious, innovative, organised, and friendly individual to join our team. The role will require the candidate to have exceptional customer service skills, ensuring the customer is at the heart of everything they do.
The candidate must hold:
- 5 GCSE’S including English and Maths at grade C or above
- Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages.
- Existing administrative or office environment sales experience is desirable
