Job Purpose

Dawn Farms is currently seeking a Customer Services Graduate to join our Customer Interface Department to be based in our head offices in Naas, Co. Kildare. The Customer Services Graduate will manage manage customer needs and expectations from point of receipt of an order right through our Supply Chain liaising with Procurement, Planning, QA, Cold Stores, Logistics and Accounts, until receipt of payment from our customer.

Positions: Full-Time, Fixed Term 2 years.

Location: Naas, Co. Kildare, Ireland.

Salary: DOE

Working Hours: 39 hours per week, Mon. - Fri. 8am - 5pm (some flexibility required)

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Providing customer support
  • Stock management – planning, monitoring & maintaining agreed stock levels.
  • Aligning all key stakeholders of new product launches, promotions, LTO’s along with managing the delisting of products.
  • Collaborating with all internal departments on a regular basis through weekly comms to ensure our customer is at the forefront of everything we do, also ensuring we are 100% conforming for them.
  • Aiming at building sustainable relationships of trust with our Customers through open and interactive communication.
  • Engaging and managing the customer’s needs and expectations daily
  • Coordination and support for Lean and continuous improvement projects and initiatives.
  • Engaging and communicating with the relevant account managers and team members.

Knowledge and Experience to be demonstrated while in role:

  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Excellent time management.
  • Excellent communication skills, face to face, via email, Skype calls etc.
  • Lean focused with an ongoing focus on continuous improvement.
  • Degree in a relavent field.
