Customer Services Administrator

Title: Customer Services Administrator

Become part of our Support team, based in our Duleek Office, County Meath.

Starting Salary €32k - €34k DOE

Requirements:

· Excellent Phone ethic and manner required.

· Good at handling Pressured situations etc.

· Computer literacy & fluent English required.

· Experience in Veterinary or Nursing background ideal.

The job role will ideally include:Customer Services

Some common customer service tasks include answering phone calls, responding to emails, addressing customer situations, providing product information, processing orders, and assisting with returns or exchanges. It's all about helping customers and ensuring their satisfaction!

Basic X-ray software Support

• Answer support phone calls for all equipment and software.

• Go through trouble shoot first line support procedure and where needed escalate further to 2nd line (supplier)

• Go through all troubleshoot options for each piece of equipment.

• Raise technical case in CRM (customer relation system).

• Create quotes in CRM and email both the quote and quotation report to end customer.

• Answer calls/emails in relation to software issues and carry out the best course of action needed.

• Where needed and warranty parts are needed, email is to be sent to supplier and case is created on CRM.

Software Installs

• Remote Software installs on new Equipment.

• Send introduction email to practice explaining:

- the procedure of filling out checklists

- specs required for Vet Exam Pro when software install takes place

• Follow up on pass over information email from service coordinator.

• Update CRM regularly with all updates for each practice.

• VetExam Pro installation carried out for customer PC workstations.

• Install new updated PCs or extra workstations added to the clinic, linking these PCs to databases.

Dental Unit Support

• Depending on issue reported full run through of troubleshoot procedure, if needed we send an email with information of how to prevent the same issues arising in the future.

• Send spare parts out to customers, if necessary, after diagnoses

• Talking customers through spare parts replacement/repair over the phone or via video.

• Liaise closely with sales team on customer/client requests and queries.
