YOUR MISSION
We are looking for a Customer Support Advisor to join the team in Ireland.
Salary
The salary for this role is 30,000 euros.
Schedule
Candidates should be available to work on an 8-hour shift basis scheduled between the hours of 12 pm and 12 am, Monday – Friday.This is a full-time, work-from-home position based in Ireland. The only commute you will need to worry about is getting to your home desk. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Support Agent with a customer-centric approach.

The recruitment process
There are 3 stages in the recruitment process.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in Customer Support, with a focus on live interactions, in both chat, emails and/or phone channels
- Have a growth, curious mindset and ability to adapt to changing policies and guidelines.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in troubleshooting order, shipping, and operational issues.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and knowledge base tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Possess a passion for delivering excellent customer service and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
- Demonstrate ability to handle challenging customer interactions with professionalism
