Customer Support Team Lead – (Job Ref: 26N/CSTL)

Our staff are at the heart of everything we do and achieve. We have an exciting new career opportunity for a Customer Support Team Lead at our HQ on the Diamond Road, just outside Crumlin.
Location: 55 Diamond Road, Crumlin, BT29 4QY.
Contract Offered: Full-time, Permanent
Working Hours / Shifts: 40 hours per week, 8.20am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. These shifts are subject to change and some flexibility will be required, including weekends.
What does this role involve?
This role plays a vital role in promoting Randox Health services and enhancing client relationships. The main responsibilities of the role are:
• Assisting Customer Support Advisors with customer complaints and enquiries and escalating more complex issues with the Customer Support Manager.
• Assisting the Customer Support Manager with the day to day running of the department within your team.
• Answering customer complaints and enquiries by phone and email.
• Liaising with other departments to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
• Logging all complaints and enquiries on the ticketing system.
• Ensuring all customer data is handled according to GDPR requirements.
• Complete KPI reports for the team at the end of each shift.
• Complete staff reviews.
• Respond to customer enquiries promptly via phone, email, or live chat.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing queries effectively.
• Assist with sales by providing information about new and existing products.
• Process payments.
• Analyse customer queries and trends.
Who can apply?
Essential criteria:
• Previous experience in a customer service role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Currently have the right to work in the UK without visa sponsorship.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car, as the site is quite remote.
Desirable:
• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Previous leadership experience.
• Experience in a customer facing environment.
• Experience working in a busy environment.
• Experience dealing with customers via email and phone.
• Previous sales experience.
• Previous administration experience.
• Experience operating different IT systems.
