Customer Survey Interviewer – Summer Temp

We are currently seeking motivated and personable individuals to join our Shop team as Customer Survey Interviewer for a fixed-term period of 4 to 6 weeks between June and the end of August. This temporary role involves engaging with customers in-store to carry out short feedback surveys as part of our customer insight programme.

The position is ideal for students or recent graduates looking to gain some valuable customer service experience in a dynamic B2B environment over the next number of weeks,

Your Mission

You’ll be the face of our business, interacting with customers and collecting quick, valuable feedback through short in-store surveys.

Key Responsibilities:

• Approach customers in-store in a polite and professional manner
• Conduct a short customer feedback survey (training provided)
• Record responses accurately.
• Ensure all interactions represent the company positively
• Work closely with the local store team and report insights back to management

Eligibility Criteria

· Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

· Approachable, confident, and comfortable initiating conversations

· Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated

· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

· Previous customer-facing or retail experience is beneficial but not essential

· Availability to work flexible hours during the contract period
