Dairy Farm Assistants

Agri General Staff Solutions Ltd is excited to announce an opportunity for a dedicated and experienced Dairy Farm Assistant to join our team.

Role Overview: As a Dairy Farm Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily farm activities.

Your responsibilities will include:

Milking operations.

Caring for calves and ensuring their wellbeing.

General farm duties to support day-to-day operations.

Operating and maintaining farm equipment.

Manage pastures to optimize productivity.

What we are looking for:

Relevant experience in dairy farming or related field.

Experience, understanding or interest in operating and maintaining farm machinery and equipment (training can be provided).

Interest or knowledge in pasture/grass management (advantage but not essential).

Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate effectively.

Willingness to follow all health and safety guidelines on the farm.
