GIA is now seeking applications from ambitious professionals who are keen to pursue an opportunity as a Data Analyst in GIA on the Data Analytics team.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Use Data Analytics to support Internal Audit testing in collaboration with the audit team.
  • Review and interpret processed data to identify trends and investigate exceptional items.
  • Adhere to and improve the Internal Audit process, specifically the Data Analytics audit approach and strategy.
  • Communicate effectively with management and staff across the organisation by positively conveying the role and value of data analytics in internal audit.

What you will bring:

  • Experience with Hyperion/Teradata, SQL or similar programming language, advanced Excel and preferably experience with data presentation tools.
  • A qualification in Data Analytics/ Computing.
  • An ability to prepare and present complex information in a sufficient manner.
  • An ability to work with team, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
  • Lots of initiative, excellent attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines and remain calm under pressure.
