Data Innovation Graduate Programme

Step into the heart of innovation with daa’s Data Innovation Graduate Programme. Over two years, you’ll rotate across our Data Analytics teams - solving real-world challenges that keep Ireland’s airports running smoothly. Whether you're building digital systems or turning data into insights, you’ll deliver impact across operations, retail & commercial, digital, finance, and more.

You will work with business teams to design data-driven tools that interpret, model and predict across transactional, geographical, system event and other data to create models, apps and dashboards, that power smarter decisions. Ideal for inquisitive, analytical thinkers with strong communication skills and backgrounds in Computational Thinking , Maths / Stats, Economics, Physics, Engineering, or Product Design.

This is a structured 2-year graduate programme.

As a Data Innovation Graduate, you’ll work at the intersection of data, insight, and business decision‑making. Across your rotations, you’ll help transform complex data into clear, actionable insights that support smarter choices across daa.

Depending on your placement, you could be:

• Analysing large and diverse datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities across airport operations, commercial and digital areas

• Working with AI & ML tools across cloud and on-premise systems to accelerate & transform how we use our data to solve business problems

• Designing and delivering dashboards and reports that communicate insights clearly to business stakeholders

• Working with teams to understand business questions, translating them into meaningful data analysis and measures

• Supporting data‑driven decision‑making by evaluating performance, customer behaviour, and operational outcomes

• Collaborating across multidisciplinary teams to ensure insights are understood, trusted, and used

• Contributing to data products and analytical solutions that are scalable, well‑governed, and impactful
