DAY CENTRE MANAGER

TRAINING ENTERPRISE AND EMPLOYMENT SERVICES, LIMERICK

PERMAMENT FULL-TIME CONTRACT (35 Hours Per Week)

Salary:€61,219-€ 79,583* (lsi)

*Salary subject to Relevant Public Sector Experience .

Essential:

· Hold a recognised 3rd Level qualification in a health/social care or Nursing division.

· A minimum of 5 years relevant experience working in a comparable organisation.

· Have completed a recognised management programme.

· Leading and managing a team, resources and delivering services.

· Have experience of supporting people to integrate into their community.

• Full clean manual Irish driving licence.
• Proficiency in the English language.

Desirable:

· Committed to working with families, advocates and MDT members.

· Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Have a proven track record in managing change.

· Be familiar with the New Directions policy and its implementation.

· Have excellent computer skills

Applicants should possess Level 2 behavioural competencies of Avista competency framework.
