DAY SERVICE MANAGER:

DUBLIN DAY SERVICES located across D15, D11 AND D7

PERMANENT FULL-TIME CONTRACT (MONDAY TO FRIDAY).

CMN3/GRADE VII Salary:(€72,146- €81-478) (€61,219-€79,582)

*Salary subject to Relevant Public Sector Experience .

Essential:

· QQI Level 7 (or higher) qualification in Social Care/Applied Social Studies or equivalent, the award must be considered eligible for CORU Social Care registration. CORU recognised Social Care Qualification – list of which can be found at this link: https://coru.ie/health-and-social-care-professionals/education/approved-qualifications/social-care-workers/ and Up to date CORU registration or Confirmation of application for registration submitted to CORU for the Social Care Worker Registration or Hold NMBI Registration.

  • Possess a Recognised Management Qualification FETAC/QQI Level 6 Or higher.
  • A minimum of 5 years relevant experience working in the sector.
  • Experience leading and managing a team and delivering services.
  • Have experience of supporting people to integrate into their community.
  • Full clean manual Irish driving licence and access to own car.
  • Be knowledgeable in New Directions policy and its implementation to service delivery.
  • Proficiency in the English language.

Desirable:

  • Committed to working with families, advocates and MDT members.
  • To hold registration in RNID.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Have excellent computer skills

Applicants should possess Level 2 behavioural competencies of Avista competency framework.
