Are you an experienced pensions professional with a background in Defined Benefit (DB) scheme administration? Ready to take the next step in your career with a global leader in retirement and investment solutions?

Mercer is seeking a Senior Client Servicing Pensions Administrator to join our expert team in Cork or Dublin, delivering outstanding service to some of our most high-profile clients. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

As a senior member of the pensions administration team, you’ll be the trusted point of contact for clients with complex DB schemes. This is a chance to bring your expertise to a role that offers responsibility, variety, and the opportunity to truly make a difference.

We will count on you to:

  • Manage a portfolio of premier clients ensuring highest level of accuracy and attention to detail, to ensure delivery of internal/external client specific service levels and that compliance deadlines are met
  • Support and mentor the training and development of more junior colleagues on the client service team and provide support to other areas of the business as required
  • Assist the DB Client Service team manager in the running and development of the team
  • Ad hoc project work.

What you need to have:

  • DB Pensions Administration experience
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise workloads and work to tight deadlines
  • Effective communication skills and proven track record of providing a high level of customer service
  • Ability to work within a team environment as a team player and a flexible approach to work
  • High level of accuracy/attention to detail
  • High level of problem solving capability
  • A keen interest in further developing a career in pension scheme administration
  • A good knowledge of the relevant underlying Pensions Legislation and Regulations
