Join us a Dedicated Finance Lead
The Dedicated Finance Lead will play a critical role in managing and streamlining all financial interactions between Three and the client. This role is responsible for overseeing the full scope of client billing operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in all financial processes.
Key responsibilities include directing the monthly financial review, managing detailed billing operations, and generating comprehensive service and financial reports for both the client and internal stakeholders. The role also involves conducting in-depth financial analysis with a focus on budget adherence, cost-effectiveness, and financial forecasting to support strategic choices.
The Finance Lead ensures transparency and accountability in financial reporting, while identifying areas for improvement and supporting continuous optimisation of billing processes
What else it involves
- Work collaboratively with the client Finance and Audit team to ensure prompt reporting and processing of all financial payments and reports.
- Support client Regional Mobile Administrators with tailored reports.
- Conduct monthly billing reviews and resolves billing issues.
- Train, and develop capabilities in the framework client team.
- Set KPIs to measure, monitor and evaluate the performance of the Finance Function of the successful Tenderer.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
- Generate billing reports and analyses for the client.
- Review and suggest cost reduction and service improvement strategies.
- Manage billing-related escalations.
- Handle account administration and reporting
Skills we're looking for
Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Ability to generate accurate, tailored billing and financial reports
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Effective communication and teamwork with client Finance, Audit teams, and Regional Mobile Administrators
- Skilled in managing relationships and aligning financial processes across stakeholders
Billing Operations Management
- Expertise in conducting monthly billing reviews and resolving complex billing issues
- Experience handling billing escalations and account administration
Performance Measurement
- Experience setting, monitoring, and evaluating KPIs for finance functions
- Understanding of performance frameworks and outcome-based reporting
Regulatory Compliance
- In-depth understanding of financial compliance requirements and industry standards
- Ability to ensure alignment with relevant legal and contractual obligations
Cost Optimisation & Strategic Planning
- Proficiency in reviewing financial operations for cost-saving and efficiency opportunities
- Strategic thinking to recommend and implement service improvement strategies
Attention to Detail & Accuracy
- High level of accuracy in financial reporting and billing processes
- Strong organizational skills to manage complex data and reporting timelines
