Weekly paid hours: 35 hours
Working hours: Monday-Thursday 8:30am-5:00pm, Friday 08:30am-1:30pm

About the Role

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and account growth
- Achieve agreed sales targets and KPIs across assigned territories and accounts
- Manage customer accounts, including pricing, promotions, product launches, and range reviews
- Present products and solutions to customers, clearly communicating features, benefits, and brand value
- Support new product introductions and promotional activity, working closely with marketing and product teams
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales data, and forecasts using company CRM and reporting systems
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback, providing insights to the wider commercial team
- Attend events and industry networking opportunities as required
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Work collaboratively with internal teams including marketing, customer service, supply chain, and finance to deliver commercial results
- Travel as required to support customers and business development activity
- To succeed in this role, you will be able to demonstrate:
- Strong relationship‑building and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and problem‑solve effectively
- A proactive, target‑driven mindset with a clear focus on commercial outcomes
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy across all aspects of the role
- The ability to prioritise effectively and work to tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
- A collaborative approach, contributing positively as part of a wider sales team.
- A minimum of one year’s proven sales experience
- Strong IT capability, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications
- A full, valid driving licence
- Willingness and flexibility to travel as required
