Report to: Customer Service Team Leader
Weekly paid hours: 37.5 hours
Working hours: Monday-Thursday 8:00 am-5:00pm, Friday 08:00 am-1:30pm.

Working within a busy office environment, we are looking for a fast-learning sales administrator who is able to support colleagues with an increased workload.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will:
  • Deal with customers via email and telephone calls to provide informative and accurate information on products and services we offer to customers.
  • Generate and process invoices.
  • Provide and maintain excellent levels of customer service, providing prompt and efficient response to enquiries.
  • Manage time and workload effectively to ensure the highest standards of service.
  • Liaise with the warehouse team and other departments regarding orders and deliveries.

  • Maintain current business and update pricing/contracts.
Essential:
  • Successful candidate should have a minimum of 5 GCSE’s (or equivalent) educated as a minimum with Grade C including English, Math.
  • Proficient IT Skills, including Excel.
  • Three year’s successful experience on digital systems inputting and manipulating data and pricing products
  • Extremely organised, with the ability to priorities decisions when faced with competing priorities.
  • Excellent at both Verbal and Written communication with great interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Proven track record of problem solving and working in a fast-moving environment.
  • Work in an environment looking after customers’ accounts.
  • Excellent Time Management.
  • Experience of working with multiple customer portals.
Desirable:
  • Level 3 excel spreadsheet.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Handle incoming enquiries from customers via email and telephone.
  • Maintain a professional and strong relationship with customers.
  • Ability to work individually and as a part of a team.
  • Ability to adjust to change.
  • Keen to develop within the company
