Deputy Head Of Human Resources

The Deputy Head of Human Resources plays a key role in shaping and delivering the College’s People strategy. This role supports the development, implementation and continuous improvement of HR policies, services, and systems to ensure the organisation attracts, develops, and retains a high-performing workforce.

The successful postholder will support the Assistant Director of Human Resources & Development in ensuring compliance with all relevant statutory, regulatory, and governance requirements, while driving organisational effectiveness and continuous improvement across HR functions.
