Location: Puddleducks, Grosvenor House, 12 Glengall Street, Belfast, BT12 5AD
Salary: £13,370.24 per annum. Scale point 26

Working hours:
 16 hours per week - 2 days

Your new role 
The role of the Deputy Manager is to assist the Manager in the day-to-day running of the Nursery, including general administration duties, managing the staff and the building, and organizing/implementing a stimulating and varied program of age appropriate activities for the children in the nursery in line with the High/Scope approach.

What we need from you
​​​​​​​Essential
  • Level 5 CCLD Qualification
  • At least 2 years’ experience in the management and support of staff and trainees in a day nursery setting
  • At least 2 years Early Years practice in a day nursery setting with children aged 0-5 years including additional needs care
  • Ability to monitor, retain, manage and motivate a staff team
  • Excellent Knowledge of Registration and Inspection criteria.
  • The Right to Work in the UK
  • Ability to work flexibly to meet business needs
