As Deputy Services Manager, you will work alongside the Person in Charge (PIC) to deliver high-quality, person-centred supports that promote choice, dignity, inclusion and active participation in community life.

✅ Support the daily operation of the service
✅ Lead and inspire a dedicated team
✅ Promote person-centred and rights-based practice
✅ Support individuals to achieve their goals and aspirations
✅ Champion quality, safeguarding and continuous improvement
✅ Build positive relationships with families, colleagues and community partners

�� What We're Looking For

✔ Relevant Level 7 qualification (or higher) in Social Care, Health or a related field
✔ Leadership experience in disability, health or social care services
✔ Strong communication and people skills
✔ Knowledge of New Directions and safeguarding practices
✔ Full clean driving licence
