Choice is seeking to recruit a Development Project Manager. The primary purpose of the Development Project Manager role is to support the delivery of the Association’s Development Strategy, including the Social Housing Development Programme (SHDP) and private rent projects including Intermediate Rent. The postholder will lead and manage assigned development projects from inception through to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality and compliance standards, while managing risk and coordinating internal and external stakeholders.
