Eligibility Criteria

Eligible applicants will be those who on the closing date for the competition have:

• Experience in working collaboratively with senior stakeholders, partners and contractors to ensure that the impact and delivery of ICT projects are maximised.
• Successful track record of planning and delivering major change programmes in a large complex organisation.
• Significant experience in senior management. Leadership and strategic experience within a large complex organisation with multiple stakeholders.
• Track record of achievement in a performance driven large complex organisation.

AND

Candidates must possess the requisite knowledge and ability, including a high standard of suitability, for the proper discharge of the office.

Health

A candidate for and any person holding the office must be fully competent and capable of undertaking the duties attached to the office and be in a state of health such as would indicate a reasonable prospect of ability to render regular and efficient service.

Character

Each candidate for and any person holding the office must be of good character
