Recognizing the value to our business we have created a new position, Digital Learning Experience Partner to lead the optimization of our digital learning initiatives. This is an exciting time for the team as we grow and evolve our learning experiences. We look to leveraging data insights and cutting-edge technologies to empower our workforce and stay ahead of the curve in the digital development space.

This opportunity will suit someone who has a blend of expertise in data analysis and learning systems management, adept at stakeholder management and has an appetite for translating data to a meaningful story. What else it involves

  • Manage the implementation of new LXP and learning content platform, moving to ongoing day to day management and optimisation of LMS, LXP and all other Learning platforms
  • Utilise data analysis tools and techniques to gather insights into learning effectiveness, user engagement, and content performance.
  • Perform exploratory and ad hoc data analysis with a view to generating insights and using this to deliver actionable recommendations to the team and the business
  • Advise, shape and guide the development of learning experiences in close collaboration with Development Partners and the wider People Development team
  • Evaluate and manage relationships with external vendors and content providers to ensure the quality and relevance of digital learning materials.
  • Effectively manage vendors, to identify new innovations to platforms that will aid and support learning systems as well as oversee the delivery of contracted services.
  • Data interrogation and analysis of market and systems data to support organisational learning and development decisions.
  • Consult with stakeholders using available data to assess impact of learning platforms and LXP and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Explore and implement innovative technologies to enhance user learning experiences and learning design.
  • Conceptualisation, design and continuous improvement of the learner user experience across our digital learning platforms.
  • Drive return on investment from learning platforms by measurement of business impact
  • Exploration of AI to simplify learning pathways.
  • Look to achieve and exceed goals for usage of digital learning.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to align digital learning initiatives with broader talent development strategies and goals.
  • Act in an advisory role, using expertise to influence the impact of Digital Learning for the wider business.
