Digital Marketing Executive
About the role
We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic Marketing team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager and other team members to enhance our digital presence and drive brand growth. You will have the exciting opportunity to work across our ten service lines, identifying marketing opportunities, gathering insights into client needs, and creating impactful content for our digital channels. Key responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
- Digital Media Strategy: Implement and refine comprehensive digital media strategies, focusing on website management, social media content, and email marketing to boost brand visibility and generate leads.
- Email Marketing: Develop and execute targeted email campaigns using Mailchimp, crafting engaging content, segmenting audiences, and analysing performance.
- Website Management: Maintain and enhance the company website, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimised for SEO.
- SEO Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy, optimising website content for search engines to improve visibility and rankings.
- Analytics and Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console to monitor digital performance and website metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Prepare quarterly reports to track progress and suggest actionable improvements.
- Content Creation: Generate and curate engaging content for our website, social media, and other digital platforms, including blog posts, infographics, videos, and more.
- Social Media Management: Oversee our social media channels, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking, to grow our online presence.
Skills & experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing roles, with a proven track record of supporting and executing successful campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and a keen interest in developing and implementing digital media strategies.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), particularly WordPress, with an intermediate understanding of SEO practices.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console to monitor and report on performance.
- Experience with social media management, including content creation, community engagement, and basic performance analysis.
- Experience in email marketing, with hands-on experience using Mailchimp or similar platforms to create, segment, and analyse email campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content tailored to various platforms.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- A proactive and creative mindset, with the ability to contribute new ideas and adapt to changing market conditions.
