We are currently recruiting for a Junior Expert Omnichannel Experience to join our Headquarters team, located in Ballincollig, Co. Cork.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Omnichannel Experience team at a key stage of growth for Maxi Zoo Ireland.
Reporting directly to the Head of Omnichannel Experience, the role will focus mainly on supporting the successful rollout and ongoing operation of the Friends loyalty programme and app in Ireland. You will help manage the day-to-day operational tasks required to keep the app, loyalty campaigns, CRM activity, vouchers, customer journeys and related content running smoothly.
You will also provide support across other omnichannel workstreams, including online trading support, promotions, content updates, reporting, Ship from Store coordination and quick commerce activity.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, detail-focused, comfortable working with digital systems, and interested in customer engagement, loyalty, CRM and app-based retail experiences.
What You Will Do
Friends App, Loyalty and CRM Operations
- Support the day-to-day operation of the Friends loyalty programme and app in Ireland.
- Assist with app content updates, voucher set-up, campaign checks and loyalty promotions.
- Support CRM activity, including email journeys, app notifications and automated customer communications.
- Help test, monitor and optimise loyalty campaigns to improve customer engagement and repeat purchase.
Online Trading and Campaign Support
- Assist with the set-up and maintenance of online promotions, campaign pages and customer-facing content.
- Support product, category and merchandising updates where required.
- Coordinate with marketing, category and store teams to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on time.
- Help review campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Omnichannel Operations and Reporting
- Support Ship from Store coordination, including order flow, fulfilment performance and issue follow-up.
- Assist with reporting on app, loyalty, campaign and operational KPIs.
- Highlight trends, risks and opportunities based on performance data.
- Help improve recurring processes so the team can scale app, loyalty and omnichannel activity efficiently.
What You Will Bring
- Previous experience in digital operations, CRM, loyalty, app management, online trading, retail operations, marketing operations or a similar role.
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with digital tools, content management systems, CRM tools or campaign platforms.
- Good analytical skills and confidence working with reports, KPIs and performance data.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and improve processes.
- Interest in customer experience, loyalty, retail and digital growth.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Experience with web analytics, CRM platforms, app tools, campaign tools or content management systems would be an advantage.
- Full driving licence and own transport would be an advantage.
