About The Role:

We are seeking a results-driven Digital PR Executive to join our growing agency team. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in executing digital PR campaigns across a range of platforms with a proven track record of securing valuable links and coverage for brands. From developing remarkable pieces of content to building relationships with journalists, influencers, and media outlets, you will have a strong passion for storytelling and will be well-versed in SEO, PPC, social media marketing, email automation, and analytics, with a strong understanding of how to drive engagement and ROI for diverse clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement creative and innovative digital PR strategies and campaigns that deliver exceptional results
  • Create and collaborate on high quality written content
  • Carry out end to end campaign research, ensuring our campaigns produce relevant headlines that you can successfully pitch to the media
  • Drive ideation sessions, ensuring campaigns delivered for clients cut through the noise of competitive industries, earn all-important coverage and elevate brands to the next level.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to clients and management
  • Track and analyse media coverage, engagement metrics, and campaign results
  • Take charge and strategically lead smaller accounts, taking accountability of their performance
  • Consistently review all current processes and identify new opportunities to innovate and maximise value
  • Support the wider agency by leading occasional training sessions and mentoring on specialist subjects
  • Collaborate with the wider team and other divisions across the agency to integrate digital PR with overall strategy
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with your team members, clients and media sources
  • Support our digital PR product offering and help refine processes by identifying new opportunities to innovate and maximise coverage.
  • Have excellent knowledge of the media and geographical landscape in Ireland
  • Stay up to date with Industry trends, news and best practices

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • 2+ years’ PR/Digital PR or journalism experience
  • Experience working in an agency environment
  • Editorial contacts and/or an established method for building journalist relationships
  • Strong storytelling and content writing skills
  • Full understanding of SEO basics, and how link-building, Digital PR and content link together
  • Proven Digital PR capabilities e.g. successful campaigns, earned coverage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized
  • Solid Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Familiarity and experience with key tools and software such as media databases (Roxhill), backlink tools (Ahrefs and Majestic), BuzzStream and reporting software (SEO Monitor, GA4, Search Console)
  • A collaborative team player with leadership potential.
  • Experience pitching digital PR campaigns to US media would also be advantageous
