Join us, as a Digital QA Analyst
The Digital Test QA Analyst will be responsible for validating that digital solutions meet agreed business requirements and deliver an excellent end‑to‑end customer experience before release. Working closely with business stakeholders, internal digital teams, and third‑party vendors, you will plan and execute business user acceptance testing across web and mobile platforms, ensuring solutions are fit for purpose, of a high quality, and ready for release.
This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who is enthusiastic about quality, customer journeys, and getting the details right. You will play a key part in bridging the gap between technology delivery and business needs, helping to bring high‑quality, customer‑facing digital experiences to life in a fast‑paced environment.
What else it involves
- Working collaboratively in a fast-paced agile, environment with in-house teams and third-party vendors across our digital release portfolio.
- Coordinate and execute business user acceptance testing across the Web, Desktop and Mobile and App.
- Collaborate with business specialists to define test case coverage and define acceptance criteria
- Ensure customer experience, accessibility, and usability standards are met across websites, mobile apps, and digital platforms
- Provide clear UAT testing status updates and contribute to release sign‑off choices and Agile ceremonies.
- Work closely with our developers, designers and third-party vendors to ensure bugs are fixed, and delivery specifications are met and maintained to a high standard.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of BUAT processes, templates, and standards
The skills we're looking for
- 3+ years of experience in the telecom industry
- Digital and quality assurance experience
- Strong testing fundamentals, following both Agile and waterfall SDLC’s.
- Participation in Agile ceremonies (refinement, planning, retrospectives)
- Ability to test across various customers facing web and app-based products and services.
- Experience working with 3rd party vendors/partners.
- Excellent attention to detail with a strong focus on customer experience and usability
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical test scenarios.
- Self-directed, results-focused with a commitment to getting things right with a quality first mindset.
- Ability to identify requirements, gaps, and assess risk, providing concise quality status and risk updates to key
- stakeholders and management.
Nice to have: - Experience with test automation tools and software
- Knowledge of web analytics systems
- Experience using test management or defect tracking tools (e.g. Jira, Azure DevOps)
- Accessibility or compliance testing knowledge
- Environment Awareness Understanding of test environments and environments dependencies
