Choice is seeking to recruit a Digital Trainer/ICT Officer who will be responsible for digital training and resolution of technical issues as part of the Service Delivery team to resolve technical issues. It is anticipated that the precise nature of the role will be fine-tuned with the successful candidate once in post.

Essential Criteria:-
  • Previous experience of ICT Support in a similar role for a minimum of 12 months
  • Proven track record in conducting successful training sessions and workshops for various digital applications or systems
  • Good working knowledge of - Microsoft Azure configuration and administration; Microsoft Office 365 administration; Windows 11 Operating Systems; PC hardware technical knowledge
  • Knowledge of ITSM service model
  • Degree of flexibility as some out of hours working may be required
  • Current UK driving license and access to own vehicle
