Applications are invited for an appointment as Director Financial Accounts at NUI Galway.

The Director is responsible for operationalising the relevant Finance aspects of the University’s strategic plan while ensuring day-to-day operational excellence. They will seek out, develop and apply innovative solutions that support seamless financial policies and procedures. They will have direct responsibility for accounts payable, accounts receivable, fees office, financial statements & audit co-ordination, fixed asset management, investments, payroll, pensions, petty cash management, staff expenses and treasury.

Salary:
€94,489 - €107,705 p.a (applicable to new entrants effective from January, 2011)
(This appointment will be made on the Assitant Secretary scale in line with current Government pay policy)
