Director of Major Capital Development - Assistant National Director - Support

Permanent full time contract

The Mater Hospital Major Capital Development Office will oversee the administration of all large-scale capital developments with a project budget in excess of €10 million across the hospitals extended campus and associated sites.

The office will collaborate closely with:

• The Estates and Facilities team, who are charged with maintaining the hospital’s existing infrastructure, managing developments of less than €10 million, and the delivery of major capital projects.
• The Strategic Projects Office, who oversee the operationalisation of new capital developments.

These three functions are expected to work collaboratively to deliver new capital developments on time and within budget, and to fully integrate them into the hospital’s infrastructure and operations.
