Delivery of a high level of effective clinical care and support to residents in a residential care setting and to promote rehabilitation and re-enablement to a frail elderly population admitted for convalescence/rehabilitation.

The management & development of nurse education & training.

The position requires a strategic approach to the development of services & structures embracing continuous quality improvement & management of change to comply with HIQA Standards & National Standards for residential safety & quality assurance in the service in line with best practice.

Management of human and financial resources within defined resources.
