Director Of Nursing, Older Persons Services

The Director of Nursing will be responsible for both nursing and ancillary staff at all levels providing strategic leadership. He/she will work in collaboration with, other professionals and service managers to achieve the service goals. The position involves a strategic approach to the development of services and structures, embracing continuous quality improvement and change.

He/she will be responsible for managing the delivery of safe, efficient patient care within the hospital and play an integral part of the Hospital Management Team.

There is currently one permanent whole-time position available in St. Mary’s Rehabilitation Hospital, Phoenix Park, Dublin 20.
