Hours: 37 hours per week (The role may require work beyond standard contracted hours, with autonomy to manage your own schedule to meet work priorities)
The Services
The Living Options portfolio includes management of performance, quality, governance and commercial responsibility for the Cedar Foundation’s Accommodation, Housing and Floating Support Services and the RQIA Responsible Individual status for the organisation.
The Role
As Director, you will be responsible for bringing vision, inspiration & leading on the strategic direction, delivery, development and review of services within the Living Options Directorate, which aims to offer high quality support to individuals and families living with disability, autism and brain injury to live the lives they choose. You will hold a shared corporate role in the organisation as a member of the Leadership team, making a significant contribution to realising Cedar’s vision through external influencing, advocacy and policy engagement as well as shaping the organisation’s strategy. This role offers a unique opportunity for an individual with genuine passion to drive towards co-production of business excellence with service users, their families and our people.
The post holder will be a strategic thinker who will build strong relationships both internally and externally, drawing on their exceptional professional background in order to influence others.
