Location: Head Office, Newforge Lane, Belfast or North West Office, Exchange House, Derry/Londonderry.
We are seeking an experienced Director of Property Services to lead and evolve Woven’s approach to managing and investing in our homes. This is a pivotal executive role responsible for shaping, directing, planning and leading Woven’s corporate strategy across Property Services, ensuring our homes remain safe, high‑quality and sustainable for the long term. You will drive transformation and service excellence while embedding robust governance, assurance, and accountability across our Assets, Compliance, and Sustainability functions. Your leadership will help us meet regulatory expectations, strengthen our culture of safety and performance, and deliver the high‑quality landlord services our residents deserve.
