Dispatch Administrator
An opportunity has arisen for a Dispatch Administrator (L4 ) - Support Inventory / PDSL to join our team in Burnfoot.
This role provides key administrative and analytical support across dispatch, planning, production, and logistics functions, with a strong focus on service level performance, reporting, and schedule adherence.
The role is ideally suited to a detail-driven individual with strong coordination and reporting skills who is looking to progress within a supply chain / logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Track, review, and understand Promise Date Service Level (PDSL) KPIs.
- Compile and maintain reports using internal analysis and reporting tools.
- Support identification and escalation of schedule adherence issues across planning, production, and logistics.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely approvals and accurate documentation.
- Support dispatch and inventory administration activities as required.
- Assist with data accuracy, record maintenance, and performance tracking.
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the wider logistics and planning teams.

Essential Skills, Qualifications/Experience:
To be considered for shortlisting, applicants must meet all the following:
- Experience in an administrative, logistics, supply chain, or planning support role.
- Strong analytical and reporting capability, with the ability to interpret KPIs and service level data.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage priorities and deadlines.
- Effective communication skills and confidence liaising with multiple internal stakeholders.
- Competent in Microsoft Excel and internal systems (training provided where required).
Desirable Skills, Qualifications/ Experience
- Experience supporting dispatch, inventory, or logistics operations.
- Understanding of production planning or supply chain workflows.
- Experience working with service level or delivery performance metrics.
