Distribution Administration Manager

The Person

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join EZ Living Furniture’s Distribution team in Galway. We are looking for a person to lead our Distribution Administration Team.

The successful candidate will play an essential role in our fast paced logistics and distribution operations. We will provide training to the right person who can demonstrate motivation and a willingness to learn. The Role

Managing all aspects of Distribution Administration , this is a nationwide role based in Galway.

Developing and Training Team Members

  • Lead the distribution administration team .
  • Customer pre booking
  • Monitoring customer stock holding.
  • Managing the admin team that supports the distribution function.
  • You are managing communication between relevant logistics departments, e.g delivery maps , customer balance payments, transfers of product and schedule management.
  • Managing a team who create logistical plans for home deliveries in conjunction with Customer Service and the Transport Manager for the EZ Living Furniture stores across the country.
  • General Logistical administration duties as required while working in close partnership with the warehouse, logistical, transport and operations managers.
  • Communication with our customer service department and retail outlets

Skills and Qualifications

  • It would be beneficial to have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • People management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as a team player.
  • Process focused.
  • Best in class communication skills.
  • Strong reporting skills.
