This post was established in line with Part 2 of the Disability Act 2005 and provides a service to all persons who fall within the definition of disability under this Act.

The office holder will facilitate the carrying out of Assessment of Need consistent with the provisions of the Disability Act 2005 and Education of Persons with Special Educational Needs Act 2004.
